A regional aerospace manufacturer supporting aircraft engine and component programs required reliable, repeatable packaging for sensitive parts. They were sourcing multiple packaging materials independently, leading to inconsistency, increased handling risk, and inefficiencies in procurement.

THE SOLUTION

SupplyOne partnered with the customer to implement a packaging program focused on protection, consistency, and compliance. Designed and supplied custom corrugated packaging to protect aerospace components during storage and transit. Implemented vapor barrier and protective materials to safeguard parts from moisture, corrosion, and environmental exposure. Standardized branded/custom tape and pallet securement materials to ensure consistent handling, shipment integrity, and clear identification.
