Evan Cummins

Evan Cummins is the Chief Financial Officer where he leads the company’s finance, accounting and information technology functions.

Evan brings with him experience in partnering with executive teams, PE sponsors, and operating leaders to build high-performing finance organizations, drive improved business visibility, and translate complex data into actionable insights.

Evan has more than 15 years of experience spanning public accounting, technical advisory, and operational finance leadership inside a large, private equity-backed packaging platform. His career combines Big Four technical depth with extensive hands-on operating experience in highly acquisitive, multi-site manufacturing environments. Over the past seven years, he has held progressively senior roles at ProAmpac, most recently as Divisional CFO of North American Flexibles.

Evan earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese Studies from The Ohio State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and earned a Master of Arts in Advanced Chinese Studies. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
