Bluewater’s initial order of 8,000 boxes was customized across six SKUs, with flexible quantities based on projected demand. With no need for costly print plates and no minimum volume requirements per version, digital printing enabled the brand to reduce waste, streamline reorders, and add last-minute updates — such as their newly awarded USDA Organic certification — just before production.
