The customer was working with far too many suppliers and had an excess of unnecessary inventory—both of which created financial waste.

How we solved it

SupplyOne reduced the customer’s vendors from seven to two, introduced summary billing, and replaced their packaging equipment. We headed up project management and implemented our design services, as well as a package use assessment.
