The problem
A lack of supplier predictability was creating unacceptable amounts of downtime and late shipments.
How we solved it
SupplyOne worked with key team members and recommended our PMP. We identified a new film and pouch vendor in order to take advantage of a less expensive but higher-quality product. Our web-based e-commerce product, 1Online, was integrated into their system and we redesigned their production flow.
